About the project
Khor Retail Plaza is an existing neighbourhood centre close to the creek. The plan is to refresh the façade and common areas, re-let vacant units to everyday services and sell the asset once it is stabilised.
Investors receive shares in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that owns the property. Net rental income is paid as dividends, and the profit on sale is shared in proportion to each shareholding. Returns are not fixed and depend on the performance of the asset.
